On a bright and sunny day with gentle breezes, Chengli Group and Dongfeng Shares jointly organized an extraordinary

 large-scale outdoor team-building event. The purpose of this activity was to enhance communication and cooperation 

among employees, boost team cohesion and centripetal force, and allow employees to fully enjoy the beauty of nature 

and relax amidst their busy work schedules.

At the beginning of the event, leaders from both Chengli Group and Dongfeng Shares delivered warm and enthusiastic 

speeches. They emphasized the importance of teamwork and expressed gratitude for the hard work of the employees,

 hoping that through this team-building activity, participants could deepen their understanding of each other in games

Subsequently, a series of exciting team competitions kicked off. Under the leadership of their captains, each group 

displayed high morale and a spirit of unity. Whether it was the challenging tug-of-war competition, the relay race 

requiring close cooperation, or the orienteering that tested wisdom and physical strength, every project allowed

 employees to immerse themselves and sweat enthusiastically.

During the activities, everyone encouraged and helped each other, fully demonstrating the power of teamwork.

In the afternoon, the event entered a period of free activities. Employees gathered in small groups, either strolling

 along the picturesque lakeside, enjoying the tranquility and beauty of nature; sitting together, sharing work experiences

 and insights; or participating in various fun activities to release stress completely.

As the sun set, the event drew to a close. At the summary meeting, leaders highly praised the performance of each

 team and awarded prizes to outstanding groups and individuals. Everyone expressed that this team-building activity 

not only relaxed their minds and bodies but also made them feel the care of the company and the warmth of the team.
